Ernie ODOOM
European Patent Attorney and Electronics Engineer, Specialist in semiconductor IC design
Ernie obtained his BSc in Electronics and Electrical Engineering wiht honours from Glasgow University in Scotland. In his twenty-year
experience in the semiconductor industry, mostly with Motorola, Ernie has seen all aspects of the industry, from manufacture and test,
to design of digital and analogue circuits and systems (e.g. for communications, television and motor car engine management).
Ernie also worked as a consultant for a start-up company based at the Swiss Technical University EPFL on a set of very novel memory designs and
later worked as a patent agent with Leman Consulting, obtaining European Patent Attorney status in 2017.

- March 2018 : Co-founder and associate of Omnis-IP
- 2007-2018 : Intellectual property counsel at Leman Consulting S.A. and for the Kudelski Group
- 2002-2007 : Consultant design engineer for start-up company at EPFL, Lausanne
- 1988-2002 : Design Engineer, Motorola Seminconductors, Geneva
- 1984-1988 : Development Engineer, Motorola Semiconductors, Scotland
